Looking at this a bit closer, it appears most (all) content is only available to those in the UK. That seems quite silly, why would BBC go through the effort to put things online, to encourage download and use of their content and then only make it available to UK end users? The internet is global, this seems like a great project, but what a silly move by the BBC!

"Sorry, you've been declined because our system shows that you are outside of the UK."

"The BBC has decided to limit access to Creative Archive Licence Campaign content to UK residents to ensure best value for the UK licence fee. Users outside of the UK are not able to access clips and programmes that form part of this campaign. Regrettably we are therefore unable to offer you content and would like to apologise for any disappointment. Please spare five minutes to give us your feedback."
